Summer Training
Now is the time to sign up and make a commitment to next year. If you want to be the best you can be you need to train with the best. At the Concord Athlete Training Center we are the best. We can help build the proper foundation and help any athlete at any level improve. Any place can make improvements with athletes who have little or no experience but if it’s not the correct way you will quickly plateau out. We will help you start correctly at any age or training level and be able to make improvements for as long as you are willing to work hard.
New Team Training off site and Individual programs on site
We can now bring Concord Athlete Training Center programs to your gym. If you are too far away or have too big a group to join us we can accommodate you. With our new FASST training system you can use our programs anywhere any time. We are very excited to be able to reach out to teams who want to train in their facility at school and teams that are too far away to make the trip on a regular basis. You are going to love this and it is very affordable and some of the money will go back into the booster club! We want to help put NH on the map athletically and being stronger and faster is the only way.
All Good things
Getting away and taking time off is always so good but you know life is good when you are excited to get back to work. We had so many good things happen in the Concord Athlete Training Center last month and so much to look forward to I could hardly wait to get back. Our youth athlete development program is exceeding our expectations, John and the kids have made such amazing progress in the weight room but also in their lives and crossing over into their sports as it’s supposed to and classroom and generally life. This is what it’s all about, we want to help these kids be better people, not just athletes. The high school and college kids have shattered records and won awards at their schools, and gotten PR’s. Some have signed or are signing contracts or scholarships and others are moving up the depth charts and getting noticed. The adult athletes once again broke all records and PR’s in strength and the 300 test. We now have 5 adults doing the 300 with bodyweight deadlifts with the pullups and 24 in box. Our summer will be our best yet, I am extremely confident in that. This spring we will be having an amazing seminar with top level athletes from around the country and myself and another strength coach who speaks all over the country talking to and teaching athletes. If you are serious about taking our game to the next level, come in and see if we are a good fit. You will work harder and smarter than ever before and it will pay off.

Best Around
word is out
We have our largest groups of elite athletes, adult athletes, high school athletes and youth athletes ever. Most importantly we are getting our best results and feedback ever! Continuing education combined with constant improvement of facility and increased passion will continue to be our focus so we stay the best and can help the best get even better. I am as always so thankful to have focused, hard working goal oriented clients. Thank you and keep kicking ass!
Best Gift
The best and most important gift for yourself or someone you love is your health. When you take care of yourself you are not only directly benefiting yourself but also everyone around you and the ones you love. You become a great role model for everyone around you and mostly your family members. I wanted to remind you that Athlete Training Center and One2One have awesome and good looking gift certificates that are custom made and would be an awesome gift for a family member or a friend. Thank you for all your support and hard work!
The more time the Better
I realize you are busy and you have a lot going on but what are your priorities? We had some great meetings lately with some experts in baseball and couldn’t stop talking about how far behind the times NH is when it comes to sports. We are behind in every aspect but the one I know the most about and we are probably the furthest behind is strength and conditioning. Too many parents and kids around here think the ones who make it are so much more “gifted” and don’t give enough credit to the work ethic. I guarantee you that every athlete who makes it all the way to the top out worked everyone else around them. They do the work on the field, court, mat, octagon, etc and they do the work on strength and conditioning. Whatever you do because you have to is just a warmup for them. We are here to help you take it to the next level and the more time we have with you the better. Nobody else around here has the knowledge and equipment to help you build the necessary base and take you through all the stages as far as you want to go. Most places have gimmicks and can get an out of shape athlete better in 6 weeks but who can’t. I would like to share an interesting story with everyone willing to read this, probably the people who have heard it multiple times already, sorry. I am going to be 40 years old in February and when I was in Jr High School in Pennsylvania we had a strength and conditioning coach and I mean that not some guy who volunteered to be in the weight room but a strength coach and we had to go if we were athletes. They had us doing preseason, in season, post season and recovery workouts. Nobody around here even knows what that stuff is. The high school weight rooms are pathetic and the people who run them worse. It’s dangerous and irresponsible by the people they should know as adults that this is a serious thing and just printing out a program and standing there isn’t ok. My old high school in PA had 4 olympic platforms multiple racks, rows of dumbells and benches and a program that resembles today’s programs from top coaches. There are currently 2 guys in the NFL from that school and many Division 1 athletes from all sports. You need to create an opportunity for yourself and out work people and do it with an expert.
